Great non stick pan

Have bought copper pans in the past but a different brand. I like them very much. They don’t stick and are very easy to clean. After a few years I did start to oil my old ones. None have scratched yet. I am careful to use silicone or wood utensils in them.

There a lot of copper ceramic water frying pans, but they don’t meet my standards

I looked at the 1 star reviews for other copper ceramic frying pans, and was appalled how bad they are. This pan comes with a tempered glass lid, and is really great! Use a bit of oil when you cook, and you’ll have no problems. My daughter has one she has used for several years, and it works just as well as this new one I bought. Skip the rest, this is the best! How’s that for a poetic review!
